What kind of car is this?

I am trying to determine a time frame of when this photo was taken and the only thing to go on is a car in the photo. Can anyone help me out with a make and year?

1951 Ford Deluxe Coupe.

It's a bit hard to tell, but there is a reflection or highlight on the paint just behind the passenger door, so it seems to me the paint is still glossy, so its quite possible the car was less than, say, 2 or 3 years old when the pic was taken.
