Headlights?

I have a '97 Venture my son replaced the light baulbs( he drives it). He says the lights are still dim.Is there headlight relays and if so where are they.Thanks for any and all HELP! Ken N.

The headlights SUCK on these vans, if they are dimmer than normal I would check for a bad ground for the lights.

Check those lenses, I think you'll find them either road (sand) blasted and/or fogged from moisture inside.
