95 2.2L misfire

I have a 95 2.2L s10 with a pretty bad misfire. First off some history. The head was cracked and it sat around for a couple years. It could be started and moved but it poured out water. I got it to my house and replaced the head. I broke the oil sending unit in the process so I replaced it. I was trying to save some $ so I figured I would wait to replace the water pump until it went out. After I put everything back together I changed/topped off all the fluids and started it up. It started immediately and ran great. I was watching for problems and noticed that coolant was dripping from the weep hole in the water pump. I just finished replacing the water pump and started it back up and it has a bad misfire when revved up any. when first started it does fine at an idle and at very low rpms but when you hit the gas it starts misfiring. after revving it for a bit it keeps misfiring even at an idle. Before replacing the water pump it was parked outside with the hood off. A winter storm blew in and by the time I got home to move it inside, it already had an inch of snow on it. I'm wondering if maybe some water got in somewhere and damaged something when I started it. If anyone has any ideas before I start tearing it apart I would appreciate it.

If it is missing check/replace plugs and check for good hot spark to all plugs.

Good AC delco plugs?
