Angry 98' Cavalier wont start

When I went out to my car this morning to go to work, I tried to start my car and at first it acted like it was trying to turn over. Tried to start it again and it just made a rattling noise. I had my ignition module, spark plugs, coils, and boot replaced a year ago. Also my battery is not even a year old yet. A few weeks ago, one of my automatic tensioner pullys on my alternator fell off and I got that replaced. I don't know if that would mess my alternator up or not. Can someone please give me your input on it

It's a 2.4 liter engine.

Did you get it fixed. Just from what you said. The battery may NOT be charging and it has run down. If you do get it going. Advance Auto will check the charging system for FREE !!!

Cheers Lass....

Got it fixed. Battery had a dead cell in it. Thank God I had a warranty on the battery. Still having overheating problems though
