coolant boiling

my coolant is boiling in my 2000 monte carlo i have already replaced the thermostat and the water pump can anyone help me please

Check if the electric fan is turning on and reply. The top and bottom radiator hose should be hot. If not maybe the radiator is plugged.
Post more information.
