quality of timing belts
I have a "95 Civic EX. It has the 1.6 liter VTEC engine. The Haines manuel says to change the timing belt every 90k miles. That's coming up fairly soon. I took a look at some different belts for sale at auto parts web sites. I noticed that some of them have a 90-day warranty, and some have a one-year warranty, and some have a lifetime warranty. The prices vary quite a bit. Can I expect all of them to last 90k miles? Are there some kinds to avoid?

Re: quality of timing belts
Honda parts are fairly priced imo. I would just go with OEM. The one for my 05 was something like $17 when I ordered it.
