Mitsubishi GTO

This week i finished the Tamiya Mitsubishi GTO.

It was a very nice kit, and really enjoyed building it.

For this kit I used some accesoires:

- Pegasus 23'' Chrome T's
- aluminium exhausts
- blue interiorflocking
- XS-tuning brake discs

Paint is Sikkens and color is Opel 20R Sapphire Black Mica. Clearcoated with 2K laquer.

Thanks for watching.

Kris.

Re: Mitsubishi GTO

I love it! Subtle and understated yet powerful and dominating at the same time! The paintwork is flawless as usual!

Re: Mitsubishi GTO

Looks great, I like the colour and the black wheel centres, very stealthy looking! One minor comment is that the track for the wheels could be increased to fill the arches more, it is especially noticeable in the photographs that show the left hand side. Could the axles be simply extended slightly to achieve this?

Re: Mitsubishi GTO

Looks very mean, especially in the outdoor pics. Great finish. I agree with Viccario about the track on the wheels, is it maybe because the tyres clashed with the inside of the arches with that ride height which made it impossible to be further out?

Yes, the wheels need some spacers, but it was not possible anymore. The arches from the chassis are to low, and the wheels are to big.

It looks better in real life, but I agree about the wheels.

Kris.
