Unhappy New Car Buyer - RITZ vs BEAT - confused - need help

Hello All,

Myself Er. Shobhit Gupta from Kurukshetra(Haryana) currently working as a lecturer.
i have recently planned to buy a new car but, i am confused in two models
i.e. Chevrolet BEAT and Maruti Ritz.
I have already booked BEAT but, due to unavailability, no problem in cancelling it too and going for other one.
i belong to a middle class family and is going to buy the car on loan for at least 5 to 7 years. so, its hard for me to change the car after byuing one.
i need your kind advices to make the right choice.

Purchase Considerations :-
1. My age - 24 Years, Height 5'8". So, its obvious i would like to have a new generation car.
2. Driving style - (only bike experience) - Fast & Rash but Safe.
3. Budget - 4Lakhs to 4.5 Lakhs.
4. Need Style, great power, great performance, great comfort (Being Driver).
5. Need space and comfort (being a family member).
6. No. of members in family - 3 till now, may become 4, sooner or later.
7. Need Petrol Car.
8. Good Average(kmpl) needed.
9. Maintainence cost is a big consideration.
10. Most driving expected - CITY
11. Monthly Driving Expected - Max 50 to 100 kms.
12. Resale Value is also a consideration but not before 4-5 years.
