95 firebird, loaded with issues

i recently traded a lincoln for a firebird that seemed to be fine for the few test drives i took it on, but lately (about 2 months after i bought it) its been flooding with problems. for one, the oil pressure wants to stay around 60, sometimes hitting 80, or further, depending on the amount of gas i give it. the car has a leak i believe to be in the cat or somewhere right under the passenger seat, it pours white smoke at higher speeds. it also seems to revving really high before shifting (auto trans) which is burning gas like hell. lastly, there seems to be something up with the wiring around the battery. as i was taking a terminal off today, the interior lights were flickering and there was a clicking noise from somwhere else in the engine compartment. ground maybe? i've yet to test all the connections but i was wondering if anyone else had these problems before and might have some insight.

well i looked around the net and the smoke might be coolant hitting the throttle body, i can bypass that. and the transmission might be the tps, also a cheap fix. but still need to figure out the wiring issue.

Wow, where to start. It's disappointing to see that your post has remained unanswered for 10 days, but you might need to provide some more information. First off, tell us about your vehicle, especially the engine. Is it a 6-cylinder or 8-cylinder? There's a WORLD of difference between the two, and all the contributors on this forum have thier own experience with each through the model years. I assume you have a 6-cylinder 95' with an auto trans. I personally am only comfortable answering questions about cars similar to my 95' LT-1 (V8) Formula 6 speed because that is where my personal (and extremely expensive) experience lies. Anyway, I wanted you to see that someone saw your post.
I can't offer much info except for the battery question. My car had major problems starting and I heard that Click-click relay noise with the interior lights like you did. It was just a loose battery terminal. Raunch those suckers tight and you should notice a difference. Bu replacement ones at the auto parts store if you have to.
