02 Cavalier Reverse Lights / Blinker Not Working

I have a 2002 Cavalier 5-Speed. The reverse lights do not work at all and about a month ago my right blinker stopped working. I have switched the bulb and checked the fuses and am not sure of what steps I should take next. The reverse lights I have no idea. I have checked the bulbs/fuses and looked inside the cover to the shifter but do not see any other fuses to replace? Thanks for any help.

Re: 02 Cavalier Reverse Lights / Blinker Not Working

For the turn signal, check for power and ground at the socket, see which one you're missing. If you're missing power, check at the turn signal switch. Check +/- for the reverse too. If you're missing power here, there is a switch on the transaxle that switches power to the reverse lights, check for power to and from it. If either is missing ground at the socket, you can just give it a new ground, usually easier than tracing the original ground.
