98 windstar 3.8 liter instrument panel lights

I need help please.

My 98 windstar 3.8 lit instrument mechanical cluster gets 3 lights on as soon as`I move it from park to drive.

The 3 lights are seatbelt, door open and washer fluid. They stay on for 3 seconds and then goes away.
It does the same and repeats all the time when car move out of neutral or park.

So far I have changed fuel filter, Transmission range sensor, replaced battery, checked alternator and cleaned 2 grounds above the head lights. Nothing has helped. There are no OBD codes stored by computer.
Please help

Re: 98 windstar 3.8 liter instrument panel lights

Okay ...after spending $400 for no reason, I have finally located the electrical problem. The ignition switch is defective even though it never felt like it. It becomes intermittent from time to time which causes fuel pump relay to run irratic.
It is very easy to replace. Just loosen up the center bolt (7mm) and remove the connector. Now remove the 2 screws and remove the switch. Looks like the slide contacts becomes intermittant with time. Install a new one.
