Another Question ABout Rear
I was wondering if GMC Truck rears would fit in my 80 Caballero:
For instance would a 8.5 10 bolt 30 spline posi bolt in to it? Thanks!

Nope. The G-bodies use the 7.5". The pre-73 12-bolt is easy enough to modify (control arm and spring mounts). Width is an issue, as well.
Curry and Moser both sell "bolt-in" rears for the G-body, either GM 12-bolt or Ford 9". Not cheap. Jim

your only other option, if you want an 8.5 is to get one from a grand national, they arnt cheap though.
