Re: 1998 Left Front Oxygen Sensor?

Welcome to the forum!

V6 or V8? And by left do you mean driver's side or passenger side? I changed all four on my former 2000 Mountaineer V8 and don't recall either of the driver's side sensors being difficult. B1S2 was a trick though, primarily the connector for it. I recall basically bear-hugging the transmission to get that one.

Put it on 4 jack stands and check if your socket will fit and you can get a ratchet on it. http://www.ebay.com/ search 140234365757
This is a set you only need one look closely and check at a parts store for a free loaner. Auto Zone, Advanced, and Pep Boys have a loaner program.
