Question 91 s10 eratic idle plus

I have 91 s-10 pick-up 2.8tbi 5 speed manual close to 400,000 miles. Was told my truck may have been mad late in 91 and ended up with 92 parts. Like It took Conway forever to find right TPS, Was a p2 TPS not 91. Recently been having idle problems so I replaced TPS. Ran fine for a few days. then changed valve cover on passenger side due to gasket slidin out position first time which left me major oil leak. I also replaced distributer gasket, thinking that was part of oil leak. I was drivin home one night and throttle was stuck at high rpm. Even while clutch was engaged, in order to idle it out had to half clutch and drive with foot on clutch. No need for gas peddle, it drove it self, when clutch compressed fully it would screech from high rpm. My question is I took home and checked for vacc leaks and found none. I pulled plugs and found Passanger side to be pretty gunky with oil on the plugs. Driver side was clean. Replaced plugs. Wires, cap and rotor in good shape. Started after playin with distributer. Now when started barely starts. When u look at injector spray, seems to be spraying way to much, sometimes floods and back fires when start or running when applying gas ped. If it runs it lopes and if it runs till warm high rpm. What can cause this? I pulled IAC nothin happen, pull map slight change, pull New TPS gas in injector seems less, idles down. Friend same prob but has 2.5 3 TPS and new ecm and labor $400,still dont run right. I was tol use multimeter and have digital but no idea how to use. I'm hands on, not good a reading directions and learning. Any help would be appreciated.
