Blazer fan blower not working

the a/c, heat, fan blower in my 1999 trail blazer stopped working. It seems as though there is no power to the entire panel (the button lights dont even turn on).

checked fuses and they all look good still.

Not sure what it could be...

Auto or manual heater?

Have you checked all fuse for power on both sides?

Does blower motor get power to it?

Does fan blower switch and controls have 12 volts to it?
