Parking light wire
I installed a remote starter/keyless entry system into my car, but I can't find the parking light wire under the dash so I can have it flash to my command (so I know a command was acknowledged)..

Re: Parking light wire
You can tap into the brown wire from the lamp switch. This circuit also feeds the fuses marked "RR T/LPS" and "FWD LPS" so you can tap in there as well.

Re: Parking light wire
Where would I find this brown wire under the dash without taking the dash apart? Under the dash I see several brown wires..

Re: Parking light wire
Meter the one which only gets power when the lights are on. You're going to have to remove at least the lower trim and possibly the bolster and the metal plate behind it to access anything.
