1990 f150
First off turned the key to start and was hard to turn the key but it started. I shut it off and tried again just to make sure it was ok, well it wasnt. I would turn the key and it just wouldnt crank(but if i fed power to starter direct it would start and run fine) I had the starter tested thats fine, replaced the ignition on the column that wasnt it, changed the voltage regulator because it looked like one side wasnt getting power but that wasnt it either. But when I was changing the VR accidently hit truck with the wrench and arced and now I lost all power inside the cab. I have checked all the fuses underneath the driver side and can't seem to find any blown fuses. Is there another fuse panel somewhere or a set of relays I cant find? Please help! Thanks, Kevin.
