front end repair?

Im thinking of buying a scion tc, year 2008, with 32,000 miles for $3500. The only problem is it needs repair. The ad says front end damage, it looks like its just the bumper thats messed up to me. I was wondering how much the repair would be? the car runs fine. This would be my first car and have minimal knowledge, a guesstimate would really help. Thanks!

can't say for sure, but i'd be wary of picking up a damaged car. from what i understand, once the frame has been messed up even a small accident can total the car. but you might want to find a second opinion, i could be wrong.
