power locks and seats stopped working

Its been raining alot and now my power locks and power seats dont work. My fuse panel dosent show a fuse labeled for either of these. My craptons manual says theres a fuse in the engine bay, but I have yet to find a single one...Any help.

97 is a bad year on ign switches.
Is everything else working good?

The window motors is powered by the FWR WDO circuit breaker in IP fuse panel.
The door locks are powered by the PWR accy circuit breaker IP fuse panel.
Check for power to and threw circuit breakers.
Power seats are powered by the same circuit breaker as door locks.
Post back what you find.

Everything else did work. I took the big silver fuse out and checked it, put it back in and now they work fine....Will do a thorough check when the sun comes back..
