02 intrepib 2.7 oil pan
cant get oil pan off.all bolts are out.are their more bolts than just bottom of pan?

did you remove the tans plate. it holds the pan in as well. if you did get the trans plat off and all the bolts out. then get a rubber hammer and give it a couple licks next to a reinforced area, (dont lick it in a flat spot, on the corner or something.)
