E320 oil pan removal

Hi, I hope someone can give me some insight on how to remove the oil pan on my E320 The car is a 1996, manufactured in november of 2005. Automatic Transmission. I have installed alot of motors, all of them General Motors (USA) But never a Mercedes. I think the most complicated thing I've done was swapping one transmission for another in a 2005 Toyota Camry.....it took me about a day to do it. So I'm thinking I'm good enough to tackle the Mercedes. To be truthful, It looks rather simple, I just want too know If there are any things to look out for. Also, What sway bars interchange with the car I have? This car has a 2.2 liter engine.
