1993 Caddy SEV.
Please help we have replaced all of the necessary
 parts in this car and when it starts up you can barely hear it running. The problem is "When it starts up" without a jump. The battery keeps draining can someone please give me some suggestions.

Welcome to AF, not sure what you mean here? The engine is too quiet when started? Never heard this before. Your info is very thin, the battery goes dead how, when?
