2000 Jeep/Grand Cherokee 4.7 eng oil pressure gauge problem
Oil pressure gauge reads 40lbs. idle and drops to 10 when engine speed up.
Checked oil pressure engine cool with manual gauge reads 80 idle and 100 speed ed up. old oil sending unit leaking. Replaced it. Still dash gauge reads 40 lbs idle and drops to 10 idle. Taped computer and computer reading on oil pressure reads same as dash gauge. Could it be a bad PCM or dash gauge? Any know problems with either one? Thanks for any info. Mt-2500
