very squeaky 95 blazer

hi i am having a very annoying problem with my blazer. it is making a loud squeak noise coming from what seems to be the belt but we have changed it multiple times. bought all new pulleys except the belt tensioner pulley is from a junkyard but is fairly new. can anybody help me please?!?!?!?

Make sure you have the right belt?
Good belt like a gates?

Make sure the belt tension-er is good shape?

Does belt feel tight and tension-er pull on it?

Check air cond and power steering pump and alt for locking up or dragging.

Any oil or coolant on belt?
