Does engine crank over good?
Did it have any codes or check engine lights when it was running?
FIRST CHECK FOR LOSE OF SPARK OR LOSE OF FUEL PRESSURE.
Let us know if it is losing spark or fuel pressure.

Check for good hot spark to all plugs.
Check for fuel pump running and fuel pressure.
Do you hear fuel pump on key on 2 second engine/fuel pump prime up?

Just a side note to MT. You could also check to make sure the wires you ran were routed away from the manifolds and are not burnt.
