99 silverado 3rd door problem

Third door has a gap on top rear corner...doesntseem like its lining up or something...1st time with an issue for this...

any suggestions?

I looked at the seals and they appear to be ine..little loose and will fix with silicone but no sure why the door is not latching right...

check the door hinge pins for wear.
