Question bout the VQ35DE in Altima

Hello Everyone!...I just have a quick question maybe someone could help me...I have a 2003 Altima 3.5 SE with the VQ35DE motor in it and I want to Supercharge it. My question is: I know the 350Z of the same year has the same motor in it but why are there Supercharger kits for that car and not mine? Also, what would I have to do to make a Supercharger for a 350Z work in my Altima? The only thing I can really see is that I would have to redirect the battery...any help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

may not fit your application as the altima 3.5 engine is transversly mounted while the 350z is not. Would be cool though. There must be a ecm flash that would bring it close to a stock 350Z HP as the 3.5 is detuned for quest, altima and maxima. Probably an easy 50 hp gain.

Well the touring editon 350z puts out 300hp. It has a different intake but I think the rest is the same. Non touring puts out 275hp.

check out some of the aftermarket programmers.
