Grille Swap

I want to swap out my sealed beam grille with a composite grille. Will all of the mounting points and everything be the same? Is this a piece of cake? Kinda dumb questions but i want to make sure before I start spending money on it. I know I would have to get new headlights and evertything. I think the composite set up just looks better.
