neon hard start

i must pump the gas to get it started When finally starts it runs rough .IT has also know to start running rogh going down freeway then die. Has new plugs wires egr fuel pump filter

If it seems flooded when it starts may be the coolant sensor I had that problem. when first turned on the sensor told the computer it was -4 degrees.
