Question about 95 tahoe 2 door

I know this may be a tough question to answer...but if you could please give me any help it would be appreciated.

I am looking at buying a 95 2 door tahoe. This truck has no rust on the body, very clean underneath, and very clean under the hood. IT has new cap, wires, altenator. Only problem under the hood is there is some oil leaking around valve cover. Should be a simple gasket?

The truck has 128,000 miles on it. Leather interior that is in perfect condition. Dual exhaust.

I am looking for a rough estimate on how much you would pay?! I was guessing around 3200 at the most but would you pay more? less? I know its tough without actually seeing the truck but any help is useful.

using the correct complete vehicle info would be best...engine drive train.. this is not very specific...what you gave ..
