94 Z71 running rich

Something has been making it run rich for quite a while now. How can I get a better mix? Is there an emissions controller or something that may have gone out? Or that I can take out? The answer is not with the spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor etc.

check the map sensor. if this is bad it will effect this..all plugs look carboned / black ...
