Help me! I need help!
I have three questions here, they are as follows: I am looking into installing Strut and Sway bar for my 2002 G20 for stability, can anyone help me out? Furthermore, is it normal for my intake (since I have installed Ractive Heat Shield intake) to produce such a loud noise? How can I make my G to be quiter and for a smoother ride? Please list me several options for the strut and sway bars. (List of brands) Thanks.

Yup usually any kind of open intake will increase the sound at higher throttle positions. Not much you can do about it unless you go back to the stock box. I'm also assuming you're talking about a loud 'growl' and not a metallic or odd sound.
As far as strut and sway bars. Stillen make a rear strut tower bar for your car. Front strut brace is harder to come by, I think Cusco might make one but I'm not too sure. Stillen makes one for the 99 but it won't fit on the 2000+ apparently. Stillen also makes a rear sway bar that supposedly has some nice results, but I've also heard that you can fit any rear sway bar from a 95+ 200sx no problem. I keep meaning to take some measurement from a buddy of mine but I keep forgeting. ![]() Noone makes a front sway bar for the G20 but someone has successfully fit a bar from a Sentra SE-R with a little modifications. I don't know the exact details but apparently it wasn't too hard. |
