crown vic squeek in engine compartment where belt is for bout 15 mins when cranked in the morning

Possibly bad belt or bad idler or tensioner pulley bearings.

Remove the belt. This can be done with a 3/8" socket wrench or breaker bar on the tensioner. Spin each pulley by hand until you find which one is squeaking. Like way2old said, it's likely the idler or tensioner pulley but the alternator or water pump bearings can go bad, too.
