water pump

i have a 94 f-150 2 wheel dr. i was woundering how to get the fan off.to replace water pump.

If you have the 4.6 engine you'll need special Ford fan tools 303-240 and 303-239. Most auto parts stores rent them.

'94 should be 302 or 300-6 ... Should be able to take a fan clutch wrench to it or a air hammer with a long bit. The fan should be R hand thread.
