My brake lights are JACKED!

My brake lights are JACKED! My issue is:

With the headlamps off, while pressing on the brake pedal the interior lights come on. This may be normal but just noticed it.

Secondly with the headlamps ON, the brake lights stay on.

I have removed the sensor and cleaned it and looks like brand new. All the fuses seem to be good also. Anyone ever have this crazy issue?

Check all your ground connections.
