Did you check the fuel pressure at the rail? The fuel pressure regulator may need replacement, too.

Also, when it dies, can you start it again with your foot just barely holding the throttle open? If so, the Idle Air Control valve is the culprit which is mounted on the intake plenum.

Just a guess, but perhaps the fuel tank isn't venting properly. without refreshing air into the tank an immense vacuum will result and choke out the engine.

Re: 95 t-bird will not stay running,help!!!

if there was a vent/vacuum problem, then the car would not be able to start again until vacuum was eliminated. do you hear suction noise when you open your fuel filler cap? do you hear your fuel pump noisily whine just before the engine cranks? is there alot of black smoke immediately upon starting?

If it was a gas tank vacuum issue you can identify it when opening the gas cap. You will hear a rush of air as you open it. You can even try running with the gas cap off but it will probably set a code, just be aware.

You may be barking up the wrong tree. It may be an ignition problem instead of a fuel delivery problem. Have you checked for spark through the plug wires when it won't start? What engine do you have?

You have to check for a spark when the car won't start! A clamp on timing light will save you from a shocking experience! As Blue)(Fusion said, check the fuel pressure with a gauge at the fuel rail. See if the pressure drops just before the car stalls and won't start.
