code 1516?

2003 5.3 vortec keeps going into reduced power limp mode.
This is the only code....suggestions? thottlebody already clean

Probable cause -
1) Poor connection going to the Tac module.
2) Failed Tac module
3) Check TPP or TPS sensor
4) Binding or bent throttle plate, or failed throttle body.

On a Drive-wire-system, if the signal is lost from the gas pedal to the TAC module, or throttle body , it will go into reduced power mode.
