Service Vehicle, Anti Lock, and Trax lights coming on.
There three lights are coming on simultaneously in my 2000 Regal. Could this be related to a wheel sensor, or is it electronic, and is it anything that can be programmed?

Re: Service Vehicle, Anti Lock, and Trax lights coming on.
Check for loose connections or broken wires on the wheel speed sensors first. If all appears fine I would suggest having the ABS scanned with a Capable scanner (Normal scanners for engine codes will not work) to pinpoint the location of problem. You may have a faulty sensor which I believe to replace you will need to replace wheel bearing hub, don't believe you can get sensor seperately. That is why scanning ABS codes will save you some money instead of just throwing parts at it.

Thanks. Would someone like AAMCO have the proper type of scanner?

Do they come on after the vehicle starts or after movement?

When it starts moving. And not every time.

Re: Service Vehicle, Anti Lock, and Trax lights coming on.
The ABS system runs an initialization test in two parts. When the car is started. Checks ABS solenoids, EBTCM module, pump, motorpack assembly, etc. Then once is car is moving it checks all four wheel sensor signals from the hubs. So most likely a defective hub. An ABS scan tool should be able to test it and determine which hub wheel sensor is acting up.
Also, check the wiring and electrical connections at each hub.

Re: Service Vehicle, Anti Lock, and Trax lights coming on.
When my daughter ran me to work this morning, I noticed that the three light combo came on before shifting into gear. Could I have two different things in play, and will a proper scanner reveal both causes?

Re: Service Vehicle, Anti Lock, and Trax lights coming on.
Can anyone direct me to a hub replacement thread? Our Regal does almost exactly the same thing. I did a search and couldn't find one.

Click here If you have the original Delco hub and axle nut the axle nut will be 36mm ('97 and up Regal). Good luck!

Re: Service Vehicle, Anti Lock, and Trax lights coming on.
I had those three lights coming on before I replaced the ignition switch. It only got worse as time went on. Just a thought!

Ours have come on since replacing the switch. I think it's the left front hub, you can hear a clunk when you take off occasionally too.
