Why is it that whenever some minor work needs to be done, it's like freezing out there???

Never really have issues in the summer!

I don't have a garage and I work in my driveway. Yesterday I saw something pretty slick.

It's about freezing out there and I went do to errands. I was in a underground mall garage and some guy drove his car down to the lowest levels of the garage, parked, and started breaking out a jack and heavy duty jackstands. I came back from errands a few hours later and he was buttoning up his car. It looked like he changed out his exhaust!!!

I thought that was pretty clever of him. I'm surprised mall security didn't give him grief.
