Adjustment for 2003 headlight

2003 Altima. How can you adjust the driver headlight to bring it downward. Replaced the bulb, but now its upward. Everything seems to be in the proper lined up position. The 2 bubbles on the silver holder are in the slot. Is there a screw to adjust? or do I have the bubbles in the wrong spots?

There is a chamfer on the bulb housing, it has to go toward the bottom facing the radiator. Regardless, the 2 bumps have to fit the recess on the housing. I don't think there's any other way to orientate it. How did you do with L-bracket piece with the rectangular slot that goes over it? That was a bugger to install. I taped the bulb to it in 2 spots and used tape to hold the spring clip up out of the way.

My best guess is that the spring clip might not be on right or the L-bracket thing is out of place.
