Hyundai excel cylinder lock

Hello I have a 1992 HYUNDAI EXCEL..does anyone know how to remove the IGNITION CYLINDER LOCK (THE ROUND PART) the key goes in..I removed the whole asembly from steering wheel, but no info in my shop maual on how to remove CYLINDER LOCK from ignition ..please help;t hanks
