1998 E350 with V10 start and cold run problems.

I have a 98 E350 with a V10. 120,000 miles (brief history - the plugs were changed about 1000 miles ago along with coil packs).

I only drive the van once a month or so. It sits more than it should, I know...

Recently, it is hard to start. It used to fire right up, idle and drive fine. Now it takes a few seconds of cranking before it spit and sputters then dies. I have to repeat this 2 or 3 times until it will run and idle smooth. It will bog and sometimes die if given Any gas. It acts like an old carburetor with a bad accelerator pump. I know it doesn't have a carb just acts like one...
Once it runs for 5 or 10 minutes and is warmed up, it drives fine with no bog.

What can I look for?
