87 crx hf
hi i just got a 87 crx hf and i was wondering about what I'd have to move around plus extra things i would need to do my b16 swap.
i'm building from scratch my b16 block with a gsr head and most likely a b16 tranny with the pr3 ecu virgin style but not for long =p i've heard battery must be relocated to back? and that ac must be taken off? and that i have to buy new engine mounts such as hasport |

Re: 87 crx hf
Alright I have a question if my b16 block with a jdm b16 head would be a compatible motor to work with a b16 hydro tranny?

Re: 87 crx hf
B-series swap would require a B-series ECU, custom wiring harness, custom axles and motor mounts. hasport would have all you need including the cable to hydro conversion.. yes the hydro tranny will mount up, but require a different mount than the cable tranny..

Re: 87 crx hf
alright thanks man. I already got the b16a2 blockand pr3 ecu and wiring harness and getting the jdm b16 head and the hydro tranny this weekend. I gotta save up for the mounts/conversion harness from hasport for $350 and i can get the axles and intermediate shaft for 150 so yeahs
