Car seems to be acting weird, real problem or am i just crazy?

Ok, I've been having this problem ever since i got my car although i could never really tell if it was just my imagination, or if it was really happening. When I'm driving on the highway at like 60+ mph my car feels like its either losing power occassionally or like im dragging sort of....basically my car feels like its slowing down and speeding up, but very slightly. The only reason i can think of for this is that i got a new winshideld, and it may be leaking (my car is really, loud, although it could just be the new Yokohama tires). Anyone ever heard/had this problem....or is it even a problem, maybe i am just a crazy little biatch. Plz lemme know, thanx

I'll take a look at em tomorrow, but the plugs and wires are both only a couple months old. I did a cheap tune up....that is, i didnt replace the distributor cap, so who knows how old that is, could this be causing a problem? Oh yeah, thanx.
