1991 Accord dies when slowing down and car has less than half a tank of fuel
I have a 1991 Accord that sputters and dies when you let of the throttle. This only happens when the car has less than a half of tank of fuel in it.
My guess it is a fuel pressure issue, does anyone have any ideas or run across a similar problem? I know the quick fix. Just get a half of tank or more of fuel in it

The fuel filter has been changed recently. I bought the car not running about a year ago, knowing that it needed a new distributor. I replaced the whole distributor, car has also had new plugs, wires, air filter, and pcv valve replaced recently.
