Steering Wheel Radio Button Lights

I was driving the wife's 1998 Montana around while Christmas shopping and noticed that all of the lights for her steering wheel radio controls are out. Is it a coincidence that they are all out at the same time, or is there a common failure somewhere further upstream? Also, if I was to change one, how would I do that?

The exact same thing happened to me a while back. I did see a link somewhere on here that the small led's are integratred into the switches but that they can be cut out and resoldered back in. I just haven't had the time to do it.
