02 T&C Power Steering Resevoir replacement

I own an 02 Chrysler T&C van with the 3.8l. The power steering resevoir needs to be replaced. The only way I see to loosen the bottom bolt is to remove the large hose, the hose that goes to the PS pump.

I can not determine what is the best way to drain that hose without getting PS fluid all over the engine. Any ideas?

you can use a old turkey baster and remove as much fluid as possible prior to removal..
