'04 Yamaha YZR M1

This is my first completed model in about 10 years. It was build pretty much straight out of the box. I did add the evil tobacco decals. I started this kit about 2 years ago. Getting laid off has given me time to build again. I have the Pramac Ducati and '03 Repsol Honda RC211V in the works. Enjoy

Re: '04 Yamaha YZR M1

Looking great. Maybe you could have done some washes here and there. This will give some more depth to the pieces.

This was also my latest built, but I super detailed it.

Thanks, funny thing is I did some washes. It was the first time I had tried it and they are a little light. I'm still getting the hang of applying a wash. The place it is noticable is the clutch.

I saw your M1 build, it is very nice. I'm working up to doing a super detail build. The RC211V I'm working on will have some photo-etch parts brake rotors, chain adjuster, etc. I don't feel comfortable jumping into a full on super detail project yet.
