car won't start

Ok, my car has had a dead battery before. When I try to start it all the lights just blink and my car makes this click noise. Is it just the battery that I need? I havent had a chance to test it yet but even when the battery was dead before, the lights didnt blink on and off and just flicker. Even when I turn the key to accessory, everything turns on.

Re: car won't start

If you can honk the horn with the High beam lights on, there should be enough battery to start the car.
If not, have the battery charged + load tested.

Its the wires connected to your starter. They get rusted and won't conduct electricity!
