94 325is rear end
Obviously it's the rear end but just what part of it might this belong to?
Here's the stats, when I accelerate with a bit of torque the rear end seams to twist right in its settings kinda pulling to one side. It almost feels like the whole rear assembly will pop off if I continue to accelerate, so I back down to a calm take off and it's a smooth climb to higher rpm & speed without all the "G"s. Anybody ever experience this out there in Bimmerland? |

Re: 94 325is rear end
E36's have stiff chassis but all rwd car rock to the side when you step on the gas. inspect your rear end a blown shock, sagging spring, bad balljoints could cause this. I doubt the frame would twist check everything out.

Re: 94 325is rear end
Diz,
You were right in a way, it was the bushings on the rear control arm (if that's what it's called) left one really worn out rubber. I'll replace both to be safe. thanx |
